Engineering leadership coaching is one to one support for engineers and technical specialists who are stepping into a leadership role for the first time. It helps you navigate the shift from doing the work to leading the people who do it, building the skills, clarity, and confidence that technical training alone does not cover.

Mentoring gives you someone else's answers. Coaching helps you find your own. A coach asks the questions that help you see your situation more clearly, make better decisions, and build approaches that work for you specifically, not a generic playbook.
